Learn how to harmonise, find balance and regulate yourself this spring season through the philosophy of yin yoga so you can flourish!
In this immersion we will explore:
Spring focused yin poses
Spring meridians and associated organs
Traditional Chinese Medicine in relation to yin & spring
Yoga nidra meditation
Important Considerations:
This immersion is suitable for all folks - beginners & seasoned students
Studio is located up a set of stairs
Please wear comfortable clothing to move in (layers are great)
Please bring anything you might need e.g. water bottle
All mats & props are provided – however you are welcome to bring your own
