FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Yes! Please email Cora at hello@1111yoga.com.au - we have several suggested practices to learn before the course, and Cora will give you a full run down via email.
-
Everyones body is different, and not every pose is suitable for every body, therefore there is no expectation that you need to be able to do any particular pose before you start the course. However, a useful practice is to become curious about the question “what’s stopping me?” when you encounter a limitation. I.e. skill, strength (where), flexibility (where) and ascertain if the pose is something you feel motivated to work towards - or not!
-
We ask that you practice in person at least 2 x week for the duration of the course. You will also have assigned reading from time to time, assessment prep and many of our students also practice their teaching assignments at home. However, our aim is not to overload you with course work outside of our training hours.
